Online bodywork

How will a session online be? I walk you through that here.

Preparations: When we book a time I will ask you to prepare before the session through making a space where you can be on video with some light so that I can see you, and you have a good enough internet connection. If you have the chance to be alone in a room, great. I want you to have the choice to sit, stand and lay down, so that you are able to move according to what your body wants, and for the room to be warm enough for you to be completely still if that is what happens. We will use Zoom, so make sure you have Zoom installed. I will send you a link.

First of all I want to understand who you are, I want to know about your life and what you want from the session.

After that you find a position that feels easy for you to relax in (sitting, standing, laying down) and I will guide you to land in your body, feel what is there. This is about finding a physical connection to your inner movement. When that connection is established we get to hear what your body’s impulses are in a more detailed way.

Now we explore the landscape of those sensations. I will direct or follow you by giving suggestions from what I can observe. I will ask you to notice if something shifts. What I am looking for is for all of you to be allowed to be present, remove what is in the way, and with that finding flow and physical well being.

Now it is time to integrate to let the learnings settle in the body. We will have a small chat about what you take with you from here and how to work with that. Then we will say goodbye, leave the screen and you get space to rest.
